Indirect Question
Example: Direct: Who is he?
Indirect: Do you know who he is?
Direct: Where is Danai going?
Indirect: Do you know where Danai is going?
2. ให้สังเกตว่าประโยคที่ตามหลัง question word ต่างๆ อยู่ในรูปของประโยคบอกเล่า ถึงแม้จะเป็นประโยคคำถามก็ตาม
Example: Direct: Who is he?
Indirect: Do you know who he is?
3. เราอาจจะใช้ข้อความนำเป็นประโยคคำสั่งหรือเป็นประโยคปฏิเสธก็ได้ เช่น ask, tell หรือ I don’t know
Example: Direct: Who is he?
Indirect: Ask him who he is ถามเขาว่าเขาเป็นใคร
Indirect: tell me who he is บอกฉันว่าเขาเป็นใคร
Indirect: I don’t know who he is ฉันไม่รู้ว่าเขาเป็นใคร
