Adverb of Place คือ คำกริยาวิเศษณ์ทีทำหน้าที่บอกสถานที่ๆ
กระทำกริยานั้นๆ
Example: We shall
sleep here. พวกเราน่าจะนอนที่นี่นะ
There are trees everywhere. มีต้นไม้อยู่ทุกที่

เราใช้กริยาวิเศษณ์นี้กับการตอบคำถามที่ขึ้นต้นด้วย
where
Example: Where
shall we sleep? เราจะนอนที่ไหน
We
shall sleep downstairs. เราจะนอนที่ชั้นล่าง
ควรสังเกตว่าคำนามที่แสดงสถานที่ที่มีคำบุพบท
(Preposition) นำหน้า เช่น in, on, at, from, to ก็ทำหน้าที่เป็น Adverb of Place ได้เหมือนกัน
Example: They must play in the garden. พวกเขาต้องไปเล่นในสวน
They must not play on the road. พวกเขาต้องไม่เล่นบนถนน
