1.
เราใช้ some,
any, no นำหน้าคำนามทั้งนับได้และนับไม่ได้
ถ้าใช้กับนามนับได้มักเป็นนามพหูพจน์
Example:
There are some books on the
shelf. มีหนังสืออยู่จำนวนหนึ่งบนชั้น
There aren’t any
books on the shelf. ไม่มีหนังสืออยู่บนชั้น
There are no
books on the shelf. ไม่มีหนังสืออยู่บนชั้น
Are there any books on the shelf? มีหนังสืออยู่บนชั้นบ้างไหม
2.
ใช้ some
ในการบอกจำนวนคร่าวๆ
ในประโยคบอกเล่า
3.
ใช้ any
แทน some ในประโยคคำถามและปฏิเสธ
4.
No =
not any บอกความไม่มี
แต่หากใช้เป็นกรรม เราจะใช้ none
แทน (none = no + คำนาม)
